why 3.0.5 doesn't parse html markup in comments?

  • I update my WordPress to from 3.0.4 to 3.0.5

    But the html markup in my comments do NOT take effect any more

    however, the database still does have the html markup

    So, Why does 3.0.5 tired of html markup in comments?
