Why a submit button like the close button of modal

    Hi! Sorry for my enlglish and if I didn’t right detect the problem.

    I use easy modal and Fast Secure Contact Form in that window. So, then I push submit button, the modal window straight closes. Then I call up this modal window again, I see the information about successfully sending or writting errors, etc(it doestn’t matter). The question is: why when I push submit button (which belongs to FS Contact Form), it works like close button of modal? I want a user can see the successful information after sending and after that can close the modal window.

    This is because FS Contact Form requires a page refresh to submit the form and check for errors. Since the modal is closed by default on refresh/page load, the form is not shown.

    You either need to look at another form plugin such as Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, or Ninja Forms.

    You may also want to upgrade from Easy Modal to Popup Maker which is the next version of EM.
