    Hi

In “customize” I have customized the form for recording customer data that is important to me.
I also included these in the “Notifications / To the specialist / Approved appointment” section.

This is how I put it in the mail:

    Nome: %customer_first_name%
    Cognome: %customer_last_name%
    E-mail: %customer_email%
    Telefono: %customer_phone%
    Indirizzo: %custom_field_1%
    CAP: %custom_field_2%
    Città: %custom_field_3%
    Provincia: %custom_field_4%
    C.F.: %custom_field_5%
    Account Facebook: %custom_field_6%
    Accettazione PP: %custom_field_7%

My problem is that in this email new data is added to previous participants, adding to every new notification email. I wish there was only the data of the individual participant who booked the event, not all together.

I would like to know if this data can also be entered in the customer master section.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

We have separate placeholder for this, called %booked_customer% that sends the first and last name and email from the last customer that booked the appointment. As for the custom fields we have this in our plan so we will give our best to separate this for one of the next updates since we have received several requests about this. Also, we will think about separating all information for each notification.

    Best regards.
