Why all users are getting the same token?

    Hello there,

    I hope you are well.

    As our title says, the reason that all our users are getting the same token is because we use the free version of the plugin, or we are missing anything on the plugin’s settings?

  • Hi George,

    We send the different access token/id token for each user in both free and premium versions, so that shouldn’t be the case. Can you please send us an email at [email protected] so that we can troubleshoot this further over email itself or a screenshare meeting in case it works for you?
