Why am I not able to update my WP Profile

    Hello WP Team,

    For the past 2 days I am trying to update my WP profile as well as my WP Forum profile. Neither allows me to do the same. I want to update my full name, my location, Bio, link etc. However, each time I meet with the error saying that there is some problem with the process and asks to try again. Following is the screenshot of the same.

    We’ve seen some issues with the spam filters. I also notice that your account was “modwatch” flagged. I’ve removed that, since I can’t find any notes on the reason why. Can you update your profile now?

    Thank you very much for your reply Steven. Unfortunately I just tried to update this adding my name and my country. But the issue remains the same showing me the red colored background error message “There was a problem updating some of your profile information. Please try again.”

    Can you please look into this again?

    I will like to tender my thanks to both of you for your prompt support. Yes, it has worked now and I have updated my profile.
