Why are booking time disappearing?

    Hello. Why are some booking slots not visible? Saturday 6th is missing some time slots where as Saturday the 20th and 27th has all time slots available. Is it because some people booked it? If so, how do we make slots unlimited so that other people can also book the same time slot?

    Please help ASAP

    Hi,

    One solution is to set the default booking status to a non-blocking status like “pending”.

    Another solution is to increase the service “capacity” to a big number, example “999”, this is related to the following settings area:

    Depending of the version of the plugin you are using, other solutions are be available, but with the above options may be enough.

    Hi,

    Did you set the capacity to a number bigger then the number of bookings stored in the system are you are still not getting those time-slots as available? Please explain the settings applied to understand the case in detail.
