Why are menus causing my page not to load

  • Hi everyone,
    I’m new at this and feeling ‘in over my head’. My site was using the dropdown widget menu in vertical mode and it was working fine. However. ever since yesterday, my site had been loading incorrectly or not at all and I’ve determined it has to do with the menu. When I try to use any menu consisting of the letters of the alphabet, the site gives me problem. How can fix this…..Any help would be extremely appreciated. Thanks!

  • When I go to the site right now, all I see is a blank page, so something is wrong. I don’t know what you mean by the ‘dropdown widget menu in vertical mode’.

    I don’t know if that came with the theme or if it’s a plugin, but I would recommend that you turn that off.

    Try reverting to the twentyten theme and see how your site behaves. If everything is ok, then there’s a problem with your theme.
