Why are my UM links & buttons displaying incorrectly?

Hello, I have been facing an issue with my UM forms. The language of my buttons & links are displaying incorrectly.

What I find odd is how my form is in English and my buttons are showing in French.
Quick disclaimer: My default site language is English and my second language is French.
Please note that I made sure that the button language is English within the form settings https://postimg.cc/nC1yYtp4
and in the UM settings > registration form is in English.
