Why are there two WP-Content folders in my directory?

    I have two wp-content folders in my public_html directory.

    One says: wp-content
    The other says: wp-content-07Feb12

    The contents are identical.

    Has this anything to do with WP Supercache? Or Ben translation? Or YOAST? Or something else?

    Question: is it to be deleted?
