    Hey Guys,

    Do you see how much space there is between the posts?

    I figured out what the problem is. The blog page ( displaying the video pages ) that I linked to, is setting the size of the video to the actual size on the single blog page. I tested it. When I made the video smaller the space shrunk.

    This started happening right after the last update of Ocean.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

    Go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Style and disable fitvids file and check it works or not.
    Also, try to disable/enable plugin one by one to check for a possible conflict.

    Amit, This is a glitch with your theme. The fitvids file should not be disabled and we have not installed any new plugins that would cause this. But I disabled them anyway to be sure.

    Please fix the glitch when you get a chance. I just told you it started happening right after the last update. WordPress was updated at about the same time.

    Ah…okay, thank you for pointing on this. For now please add the below code in the Customize > Custom CSS section. Let me know the below code works or not.
    We will fix this issue on the next update of the theme.

    iframe {
        position: absolute;
        top: 0;
        left: 0;
        width: 100%;
        height: 100%;
        border: 0;
    }

    It fixed the issue with the spaces between the posts but it broke the post pages ( the videos were no longer showing on the post pages ) and it made the last video show smaller than the others.

    This theme has some issues with the video post pages.
    Do you have a test version of this theme with with some videos posted on the blog so you can test it?

    1. Do you see the “YOU MIGHT ALSO LIKE” links on the single post pages?
    That should display an image.

    I tried adding a featured image but it looks like this.

    Hello,

    I just visited on your page and the video on post page is working properly. For the related posts issue, I think the thumbnail is disabled from the settings. Try to add the code and check the related post settings. I’ll check it on my end for sure and get back to you.

    Nothing is working properly. I removed your script.

    I told you what happened when I installed your script. Please read above.

    Can you not see the large gaps are back between the videos? Can you not see the featured image is being put into the title of the blog page?

    Why is the theme putting the featured image into the title?

    This page has been set to a standard format not video format.

    1. There are huge gaps between the video posts.

    2. On the single blog pages where is says : YOU MIGHT ALSO LIKE.

    There should be an image there. It is only text.

    3. Why is the featured image being put into the title.

    Amit, I found the issue with the Featured Image. It was totally my fault. Somehow on the single blog page that was checked. I looked over those settings several times but did not see it. After looking at them for the 6th time I finely found it.

    The issues with the gaps in the videos remain.

    Hello,

    Can you please add the code again I gave you earlier for the iframe? I need to check what issues you will have after adding the code.

    Amit,

    I was not notified of your message. I would not install that code again. However, I have found the problem. It has something to do with me disabling unused script styles. None of the scripts I disabled have anything to do with the blog pages and I only disabled a few.

    Regardless, The issue is fixed and the theme was not responsible.

    This issue is resolved. Thanks for the help.

    I just found it. Disabling the top bar? I do not even use it. For some reason it created that and other issues. “This style is all the css for the top bar.”

    I have had that disabled on are other site without issue.

    Unfortunately, if I have any of them disabled it is causing this glitch.

    Happy to hear that it is fixed and thanks for the solution.
