Why are we getting duplicate posts?

  • When we post a new post we always get a duplicate post and it only has a link in it that says “read more” and it links to the original post. We are using Sharepress. Wondering if that could be the problem.

    Just can’t figure this out. I’ve searched the forums and google but can’t find any answers.

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
