Why are you using wp_print_styles?

first of all I have to say: Great theme, thank you! I’m using it here: https://www.rundfunkchor-streik.de/

Now I wanted it to use also on my personal blog. In order to change some styles I built a child theme and wanted to replace some fonts. At this point I discovered, that you are using ‘wp_print_styles’ for enqueueing the fonts and styles. Why aren’t you using ‘wp_enqueue_scripts’ as recommended here?

Use wp_enqueue_scripts, not wp_print_styles, to enqueue scripts and styles for the frontend
