    Hi there,

Thank you for using Optimole, and contacting us.

I want to highlight that We don’t remove the Alt tag information from the images, and if they are added before then Optimole will also allow them on images. We don’t touch the alt tag of images in any way and Optimole allows alt tags for SEO purposes. Could you please provide us the page URL where this image is located so we can check the issue?

I hope this helps, let me know if you have other questions.

Thank you, and have a great day!

Hi, Thank you for your reply. I am sending a link to the problem page

    https://soupravy.myartsonline.com/obchod/

Eshop is divided into categories (type of jewellery) and subcategories (further divided by type and colour of jewellery). The alt text is different in the media library for images than what is displayed on the frontend page. Any idea? Thank you in advance for your advice. Regards George
