Why can't I delete any fields?

On the Fast Secure Contact Form plugin, I cannot seem to delete any fields. I just want to delete the “Subject” and “Comments” fields from the template and add in my own fields. But I do not have a “Delete This Field” option. I’ve looked through other posts and the documentation for the plugin and I can’t find an answer.
Why don’t I have the option to delete the fields?
