Why can’t I find the shop filter widget anywhere?

    When I go to my wordpress dashboard – appearance – widgets – shop filters. I can see and edit the shop filters widget there, it also appears on my SHOP page but when I want to create a brand new page and add in the shop filter widget, then the widget is no where to be found. Why is that and how can I get that shop filter widget to appear on other parts of my website?

    What is the name of the plugin you were using to provide that?

    It’s not a built-in WordPress widget.

    I wrote to my theme developer and it seems to be a feature with the theme. So this can be marked as resolved. Thank you for your time.
