    Hello, I helped install a WooCommerce store on a website a couple of years ago–and now–with a new client I can’t seem to disconnect from the previous store owner. I do NOT want to have my financial credentials in with the former client’s profile. How do I fix this? Thank you.

    I did. I don’t know if others can absorb the 24 hour window of waiting. I have a client waiting on ME to get a complicated shipping rate up and going because of a promotion getting ready to kick off.

    I was told that the plugin Advanced Tables would do the trick. So I went to purchase it and I CANNOT disconnect from Linda G’s account. I spent 5 hours trying to do so–I’m pretty resourceful–but there are three pleading tickets waiting in the ticket area and no response yet. I don’t want my financial credentials buying the plugin to be co-mingled with someone I don’t even do business with anymore. Her financials are accessible to me, too.
