Why can't I insert an image into Twenty ten?

    HELP!
    Please see my site https://www.amigosscarborough.com
    I want to place an image in to where the white text area was so it will be a background image.
    I have made the white text area transparent.
    I have the jpeg uploaded into the image library.
    Appreciate the help.

    Yes. I have the latest update 3.41.
    I have read other members messages regarding steps to insert an image… I t just doesn’t work for me.

    I just copied & inserted the url code from the Media Library into the css – and it worked!
    Finally! I am very happy!
