why can't I install new themes?

    Hi, I have run into the broken themes error when I download from either the dashboard or www.ads-software.com. but all files seem to be accounted for.

    Any themes I have previously downloaded (including the ones I have removed) seem to be fine when I re-download and install them but any I haven’t previously had installed just don’t want to work…

    Has anyone any ideas on why this is or can anyone recommend a fix?
    It’s really ticking me off…

    The error I receive is:

    Broken Themes

    The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

    Name Description
    Frisco for BuddyPress The parent theme is missing. Please install the “bp-default” parent theme.
