Why can’t I paste a file to a new page?

    Apparently I’m having a paste issue.

    This hasn’t happened to me before in any pasting. I copied a semi-large file to my ClipBoard. But it won’t paste into a NEW PAGE. I’ve tried numerous times without success.

    Any ideas what might be happening here? Many thanks.
