Why can't Office365 be used for bounce handling?

I see in your support documentation that you say:

You can’t use an Office365 account to handle bounces.

Why?

And does that apply to ALL Office365 accounts? My email is handled through GoDaddy’s Office365 product, so I’d like to be able to add the bounce@ address through that… but don’t understand why that would be an obstacle to it working.
