Why charge $ if you can't make this work?

I paid for a service that I did not get. These are just two of the many issues:
1) It doesn’t even work. The file doesn’t save, so people can sign up all they want and not get an email / download link. The most essential feature of this plugin – it’s very reason for existence – doesn’t work.
2) Less importantly, the creator can’t spell for anything. It even becomes hard to tell what s/he was trying to say at times.

Don’t use this plugin. Especially if you’re considering spending the $$$ for a pro version. It’s a huge disappointment.
