Why choose temporary or permanent?

    I’ve wondered the same thing the last couple years. I’ve seen nothing in the documentation that covers this. It would be nice if someone responded to your question that was posted 3 weeks ago!

    Hi Mark,

    Personally, I set up all my Pretty Links as a temporary, mostly because I never received an answer here. But if you give it some thought, you will want your links to be editable, especially if you are using any type of monetization.

    That way, if your monetization product goes belly-up, you can easily switch it out with Pretty Links — as opposed to hunting it down all through your site and replacing all the links individually.
