[NSFW] Why cookie notice is showing again after user pressed a I agree button?

Hi I can’t got it why the Why cookie notice is showing again after user pressed a I agree button. As I got it, after user clicked “I agree” the cookie notice alert this notice will not appears after this user reload or go to other project page. But in my case the notice appearse again. I try to find the setting but I see there is not option like I need. Please help me to figure out with this issue.
