    Hello,
Thank you for the support ticket, But sorry for the late reply.

We deprecated the Menu on all sliders of Prime Slider on version ## 2.8.0 [23th March 2022].
And then we removed it on our major version ## 3.1.0 [7th September 2022]

So in this case, please create a separate menu for your website. We hope you understand.

In this case, we will request you update your rating. Because we always try to give our best to our users. And in the future, you will get a lot of creative features as well.

We are waiting for your kinds co-operate.

    Thanks & Regards

It is your plug in, and you can do with it what you want.

But on the matter of your rating: We chose your plugin for specific features. We designed our homepage around those features. You removed those features.

I’m not a full-time web designer. I work for a small non-profit organization and I have many, many other responsibilities.

I now need to drop your plugin and spend hours looking for an alternative and do a complete redesign of our homepage to compensate for your choice to drop those features.

Would you change your rating, under similar circumstances, if your workflow had been thoroughly disrupted by one of your software vendor’s choices?
