Why do buyer need to add the gift manually ?

    Hi there,
    The plugin works perfectly fine with all the scenario.
    However, i am facing a problem while giving free gift to the buyer after purchasing more than $400 products.
    The gift is not automatically added to the cart. The buyer manually needs to add the gift to the cart, which does not make sense at all.
    Can you please guide how to automatically add gift to the cart.

    Thank you for writing to us.
    I clearly understand what it is you’d like to achieve. The PRO version of the plugin has the feature to toggle on/off the automatic addition of the free gift to the cart.

    If you have set the plugin to automatically add the free gift to the cart and that doesn’t seem to have any effect on this issue, kindly start a conversation here. Our tech support team would assist you ASAP.
