Why do changes take so long to appear?

    It seems that whenever I made a change, it takes 24 hours for the changes to appear. I don’t understand why that is. When I make edits and then reload to check, I’m expecting to see those changes applied. Is there a setting I need to turn on? I need a quick fix as I’m on a tight deadline so I hope to get a speedy response.
