I disabled WP security and then I could upload a file under my shop setup, then it asked me to revert to the original .htacces file and as soon as I clicked yes it would not upload the image then (server error 0) popped up, but still does not upload image to media folder. Any help would be great.

    Hi,

What is the type and file size you are trying to upload?

    Thank you

The file type is jpg and the size is less than 1mb.

    Hi,

One of the features in our plugin might be conflicting with one of your plugins or your site set up. Lets try the following first. Disable all Firewall rules, then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

Hi, I did the following WP Security > Miscellaneous > User Enumeration” and uncheck the “Disable Users Enumeration” checkbox. Which got rid of the server 0 error, but still the images do not upload, but they upload via the admin.

Hi, if you look at this IMG you will see the top image is how it should look when images are uploaded, the next image down is after I have uploaded an image and clicked on save (no image in grey box) and the last image is when I have uploaded via the admin, which it saves and uploads to the media folder. Hope this makes sense?

Hi, are you using an eCommerce or shopping cart plugin? If you are, can you share the link if it is in WordPress repository.

    Thank you

Hi, the shopping cart is built into the theme, so no plugin.

Hi, in that case you might have to reach out to the theme developers and share this issue with them. Perhaps they might be able to share some light regarding this issue.

Let me know what they say.

    Thank you

Hi, thank you very much for all your help, I will get in touch with them and let you know. But why should the shopping cart have something to do with uploading images? just curious.

    Hi,

But why should the shopping cart have something to do with uploading images? just curious.

There might be some setting in our plugin or code that is conflicting with your theme’s shopping cart feature. Your theme developers should be helpful in pin pointing what part of our plugins settings or code is causing this issue.

    Kind regards
