Why do my tags keep disappearing?

I have a blog which is very social so have setup hashtagger but now when I update my posts I lose my tags. On this post https://www.insidebillionaire.com/elonmusk-on-his-way-to-mars I can’t get it to tag unless I hashtag it in the post.
