Why does all comments get marked as spam?

    Hi,

    All comments get marked as spam.

    I have checked:
    Users must be registered and logged in to comment

    I have unchecked:
    Comment must be manually approved
    Comment author must have a previously approved comment

    I have disabled:
    Akismet

    So, why and how does all comments get marked as spam?

    I wish to have all comments auto approved as only registered users can comment anyway.
