Why does Chrome render images badly compared to Firefox?

    I noticed that Chrome renders post thumbnail pictures in a rather worse quality than Firefox does. Does anyone know why this might be and what I can do to make it behave?

    You can see that images in Firefox are sharper than in Chrome. When you open the .jpg file in Chrome it’s fine, but it doesn’t look good on my front page.
