why does it show as restricted?

    Facebook Box should be on the left-hand side of the site but is shown as a white box or says the message “The page you are trying to access is restricted or unavailable”.

    how was this resolved. I cant find the authors plugin site. The one i clicked on doesnt work. And it still shows restricted for this plugin?
