Why does my featured image get cropped?

I just published a new blog post titled “Science and Philosophy” but I’m really frustrated by the featured image getting automatically cropped, as you can see in the homepage: https://www.zehrarisale.com . If you click on the post (here is the link https://www.zehrarisale.com/?p=2838 ), you will see the whole image as I added it inside the post. But as the featured image, it just gets cropped. Strangely, this only happens with this particular image. If I replace the image with another one, there is no cropping. Why is this happening? I really like this theme, but I hope there is a way resolve this problem.
