Why does my installation page look like this?

    Update: I seem to have figured out that the resources won’t load due to mixed content on the installation page. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Ok, solved. The problem comes from Cloudflare and it’s https things. If you have the same problem just turn “Automatic HTTPS Rewrites” on under the “Crypto” settings tab on the cloudflare dashboard for the site you have this problem with. It should fix everything almost instantly.
