Why does my wordpress appear to be down all day?

  • Its only been running for a few weeks and its been great but all day today on work and home computers I get the following error every time I click on a link to our blog:

    Error establishing a database connection

    The RSS feed isn’t working either but no-one else seems to be reporting that wordpress is down.

    Can anyone help?
