why does my zip file not load to wordpress

  • I have followed the instructions twice over now, but the zip file is not loading. When I enter the zip file name, the system does nothing. I have made sure that the .smmx file and the zip file have the same name, I have made sure that the zip file is just above the .smmx file, I have made the file name as simple as possible (no capitals, etc.). But the file just doesn’t load????
    I don’t have a webpage, because I don’t have a mindmap loaded.

    Sorry for the delayed response. At first, you have to create a zip file for the web version from the SimpleMind Map application. After then you can upload the zip file to this plugin. Please make sure you are using the latest plugin on your website.
