Why does not anyone create a tool, to save and import ALL settings?

  • This is my question,

    why does not anyone create a device with which the users can load and save what they have done, from computer to computer and from server to server, without having to understand the integral parts of the program and PHP language export import ( many different files ) settings?

    i really do not see the need to put users through all the hassle with the databases, if wordpress itself can access, and the databases can be managed from the program with tools like adminer..

    so why does no one create this kind of tool?

    Because each plugin stores data differently, and WP can’t possibly know what those are.

    Also there is a way to move things from server to server without loss.

    It’s called copying the database ?? Works great.
