    My Site Kit dashboard is showing me numbers, but when I go to Search Console or Analytics it’s showing all zeroes across the board. Any ideas why?

    Hi Ron,

    Thanks for reaching out. If your Search Console statistics are at zero it’s possible that you have no visits to your site directly from Search engines. This isn’t unusual for a site just recently connected to Search Console, or if your site isn’t publicly assessible.

    In relation to Google Analytics do you see any traffic for this site when you check analytics.google.com and review your reports from the Site Kit connected property? It may be that you’ve connected a new property and you don’t have any traffic yet, other than your own logged in traffic visits. The default Site Kit settings don’t included logged in traffic however this can be changed.

    Note that for both Search Console and Analytics the information shown within Site Kit is pulled from these accounts and displayed within the Site Kit dashboards.

    While the product experts at the Search Console and Google Analytics help centers should be able to assist with any queries in relation to product specific queries I’m happy to confirm a successful setup with Site Kit if you’d like to share your Site Health information and also whether you see traffic on the Search Console and Google Analytics platforms directly.

    Well, with Analytics I am seeing stats both in Site Kit as well as in the Analytics interface. However, in the case of Search Console it’s almost as if Site Kit is sucking all the data out of GSC and leaving behind nothing but a bunch of zeroes. There’s definite traffic and it’s growing, and it shows in site Kit, but nothing but zeroes in GSC.

    Thanks for the update. In that case would you be able to share your Site Health information along with any screenshots of your Site Kit dashboards along with what you see when clicking on the “Search Console” link from within your Site Kit dashboard?
