Within your ‘secondary’ menu module, I see that you’ve built the theme to strip the

tags that the WordPress core adds to sub menus when indenting menu items in the Appearance > Menus section of the dashboard.

It seems really bad practice to disable functionality included in the WordPress core (especially without giving users the option to re enable it).

I know that you mention this in your documentation – that doesn’t help us.

Why have you disabled functionality included in the core?

  • Hi @salpetriere,

Thank you for using the Neve theme!

We have a feature request for our developers to add a dropdown for the secondary menu and it might be added in the future, however, we don’t have a timeline yet when it will be added.

    Thanks @bvytis. That’s much appreciated.

It’s a great theme by the way. Good work!
