I don’t understand how your support works. I recently purchased a personal package of BUP, but it doesn’t show on my account. The only thing that shows is the professional package that I bought a long time ago, but the support for that purchase has ended. So now I didn’t get a serial key for my latest purchase, and even though I’ve opened a thread about in on pluginsarea.com, you guys don’t answer?
I actually got one answer from a guy called Franco, but his answer didn’t solve my problems at all. What should I do to get help from you guys? I’ve already paid for my product, but haven’t gotten what I paid for.. I have to say that your support seems terrible, and I honestly feel tricked for not getting what I’ve paid for.
