Why files doesn’t upload to my “uploads” folder?

Hello,

I am trying upload media files through WP, but files doesn’t appear at my “uploads” folder.
Media files appears at my WP Files Directory as BLANK, but they didn’t appear at my: public_html -> wp_content -> uploads
folder.
What can be an issue?

P.S.
Permits for folders are correct: 755
I don’t have Cashe plugin.
And I already tried to turn off all plugins. Didn’t help.
