Why friendly Minify urls break my theme?

I tried to optimize my website, so when checked it in gtmetrix, i found this issue:
“Remove query strings from static resources”

after investigating about it found out the problem is with the “?” characters in the filename. I tried to go your plugin’s Advanced Options, and ticked the “Enable friendly Minify urls” function.

After I went to General Options and flushed all caches my site crashed (it looks like, the css files are missing).

Do you know what cause this problem?

I use W3TC plugin too, and in the Browser cache, the “Prevent caching of objects after settings change ” function is disabled.
