Why has this plugin suddenly appeared on one of our websites?

We’ve just had your plugin mysteriously appear/activate on one of our websites.

– it now seems likely that our customer admins might have accidentally installed it in response to a misleading pop-up, following a lite-speed cache update/reset.

Could you enlighten me please how this might otherwise have happened?

If it is anything like I think it is, then your are practicing unethical and reckless behavior in your promotional pushes – and perversely, putting website security in jeopardy.
