Why have wordpress plugin conflict

  • Hi all,
    I wrote two wordpress plugin.I write second based on first plugin, because they are so similar. And now they are in the conflict, when one of them is activated second can’t be activated and show error: “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.“
    Can anybody knows why plugins have a conflicts and enumerate me accounts because that happened?
