Why i am seeing primary menu?

Hi,

i have disabled the primary menu, but it is still showing up. I cleared the browsers history as well to get the effect. But i am unfortunate in this.

please check: sharplesson, and do let me know what to do?

I am removing it to overcome the i/o usage in the shared hosting. please also let me know what other mysql queries will eat my i/o usages.
