Why I can not open the menu of my website from mobile phone

    I can’t open the menu of my website while using the smartphone, but desktop is ok. What is the problem? What is the solution?

  • Hi Teddy,

    It’s recommended testing for a plugin conflict by deactivating all the third party plugins on your site, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can specify which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Please also ensure to use the latest version of the theme.

    I get it and tested it….. I know which plugin caused the issue.
