why I failed to use smtp.exmail.qq.com?

  • Hi All,

    I use Tencent Enterprise Email Service, whose Outgoing Mail Server Hostname is smtp.exmail.qq.com with SSL, port is 465.

    and I configurated it with Postman SMTP, but I tried many times and I failed to send test Email to myself.

    My Postman SMTP setting is just like this:
    Type: SMTP
    Outgoing Mail Server Hostname: smtp.exmail.qq.com
    Outgoing Mail Server Port: 465
    Envelope-From Email Address: [email protected]
    Security: None
    Authentication: Login
    Authentication
    Username: [email protected]
    Password: mypassword

    Please advice me what should I do?
