    Hello @mohamedbou

When the page source of https://trobweb.com/ is viewed, the title displayed is:

    <title>???? ??? | ????? ?????? ??????</title>

Does this match what you have entered in the Yoast SEO plugin? If yes, then the issue is not from the plugin.

Google’s generation of page titles (and descriptions) is completely automated. Google’s goal is to best represent and describe each result. They use a number of different sources to get this information. In doing so, they try to make the search results as relevant as possible. Due to this being handled on Google’s end, there is little you can do to force Google to display your preferred title and description other than changing them and testing which one sticks.

We have an extensive knowledge base article that can help you understand why: Google is showing the wrong title for your site.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

@mohamedbou could you advise how you updated the plugin in the past couple of days? The update from v13.5 to v14.0.4 shouldn’t have changed the configuration in your settings in the Yoast SEO plugin.

We ask as you shouldn’t have any attachment sitemaps unless in your WP admin dashboard > SEO (sidebar) > Search Appearance > Media Tab > you’ve set the media & attachment URLs redirect option to ‘no’ and set the show media in search results to ‘yes’. Did you set this option?

Also, are you now using the Yoast SEO Search Index Purge plugin? We’re checking on your attachments and are finding that they have a content header status of 410.

i think two dot problem from accelerated amp plugin.

yes, after indexed attachement, i inslalled Yoast SEO Search Index Purge plugin, and blocked url attachment in robots.txt.

    is this a good steps?

@mohamedbou the Yoast SEO Search Index Purge plugin was only meant to be used for those who experienced the bug of the attachment URLs indexing from an earlier version of Yoast SEO (around v7.0). We’re not exactly sure as to why you would install it. Did you, by chance, change the settings of the image attachment URLs under SEO (sidebar) > Search Appearance > Media tab > and set them to index?

i don’t think that, now i will uninstall Yoast SEO Search Index Purge plugin or what?

i blocked all attachement urls in robots.txt

@mohamedbou Were your attachment URLs accidentally indexed by a change in the settings?

    Yes I think so!

@mohamedbou We checked on your site trobweb.com in a Google search here and weren’t able to find any attachment URLs indexed. Can you please let us know what makes you believe that your attachment URLs were accidentally indexed for your site?

The Search Index Purge plugin is specifically meant to address an issue that only affected a very small number of users during the release of Yoast SEO version 7 that caused on some sites for the attachment URLs to no longer be redirected and indexed in Google.
