Why is all of my sidebar text wrapped in tags?

I have NO IDEA what started this or where it came from, but on this blog, all of the text in the sidebar is wrapped in <small> tags.. they are not actually in the code on the sidebar, so I can not figure out what is going on here. Unfortunately i can not tell you what I was doing when it happened, so I don’t have alot of info, but this has NEVER happened..

When you go there, you can use firebug to see that the text on the sidebar SHOULD be similarly sized to the text in the main body. The main body text looks normal and there are no <small> tags but the sidebar is all out of wack!! What in the world?!
