Why is AWPCP showed as not recommended plugin

    Hi,
    hope everyone is great!
    Im a beginner at wordpress and havent done one line coding in my life.

    I installed this plugin and really liked it, it was simple and had everything i needed.

    But after installation i got a message that “Im using one or more plugins that are not recommended” from my host. After discussion with their support (one.com) they direct me to i site with more information, but cant make any connection from that info to AWPCP plugin.

    Can anyone explain if AWPCP using a service/function that is mentioned in that article?

    Looking at the article you gave, I’m not sure how AWPCP is connecting to those in any way. We don’t require those plugins in any way. And AWPCP isn’t showing on the “not recommended list” you sent…

    Are you sure you’re not installing one of those OTHER plugins from the page? The error message you’re seeing sounds like it may be the result of one of these being installed:

    Akeeba Backup for WordPress
    BackWPup
    Broken Link Checker
    Disable All WordPress Updates
    Duplicator
    HashTraffic for WordPress
    Jetpack by WordPress.com
    Toolspack
    W3 Total Cache
    WP Clone by WP Academy
