Why is gmail “INVALID” with Free Domains list Disabled

  • Why is gmail testing as “INVALID” with Free Domains list Disabled

    it just says “INVALID” isn’t it supposed to tell if the domain is allowed or not and why not? (what rule is causing the block).

    This isn’t working properly.

    Free Domains list: Disabled
    When enabled, domains on the Free Domains list will be blocked.

    We have tried to replicate this issue on our servers and could not find this messages

    Can you please provide us snapshots of “General Settings”, “User Email Blacklist” and “Domain Whitelist” tabs from CM plugin settings
